By using the Renation app and website, you are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms as modified from time to time (known as “Terms”). Before using the Renation app and website, it is your responsibility to read our Privacy Policy and to inform us if you do not want us to collect information about you, and reject any cookies.

The payment processing platform on the Renation app and website are powered by Stripe, Inc. Every payment transaction made on the Renation app and website includes a non-refundable charge paid to Stripe. All sales are final.

Rights

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the content displayed on the Renation app and website (known as “Content”) belong to Renation or its licensors.

Use of contents

The Content used on Renation app and website may only be used for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to download, copy, reproduce, modify, store, archive, show in public, redistribute or commercially exploit in any way any part of the Content without the prior consent by Renation. You agree not to use the Content for any illegal or improper purpose, nor for any purpose which might infringe the rights of others or which might harass or cause inconvenience or distress to any person. You also agree to abide by all copyright notices and restrictions attached to the Content and not to remove or alter any such notice or restriction or alter the Content in any way.

Limitation of liability and disclaimer

The Content for the Renation app and website is sourced from a wide range of sources and it includes facts, views, opinions and information likely to be of interest to different users. While all reasonable care is taken, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, performance or fitness for any particular purpose of the Renation app and website and the Content, nor do we endorse or accept any responsibility for any views, advice, recommendations or opinions expressed on the Renation app and website.

The Content should only be used for your general information and use and not by way of specific recommendation or advice as your circumstances are different to other users.

Before taking any action or decision based in whole or in part on the Content, you should always make your own independent checks of any information that is important in making such decision or taking such action. You should also seek professional advice in appropriate circumstances (such as medical advice.)

Renation does not give any warranties in respect of the Content used on the Renation app or website. All implied warranties or duties are excluded save if and to the extent that they may not lawfully be excluded.

Renation is not liable for any claims, losses, injuries, penalties, damages, costs or expenses arising from your use of, or inability to use the Renation app or website or the Content or from any action taken, or omitted to be taken, as a result of using the Renation app or website or the Content.

To the fullest possible extent allowed by law, you agree that Renation will not be liable to you and/or any other person for any consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of privacy or for failure to fulfill any duty) or for any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to your use of the Renation app or website or the Content or to any breach of the terms by Renation.

Credit Packages

All regular credit packages and drop-in purchases offered by RENATION are listed below:

RENATION may offer promotions periodically at their discretion. Should the promotional packages or classes be offered with differing expiration dates than the regular classes or packages, the promotional expiration dates will prevail. Renation reserves the right to amend the class or credit package name, price, and expiration date at their discretion. Should any disputes arise in regards to the class or credit package name, price, or expiration date, any decision made by Renation shall be final and binding.  

Changes to the Terms & Conditions

Renation reserves the right to make changes to any part of Renation app and website, and to add to or change these Terms or the Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to refer to the Terms and Privacy Policy. Every time you access the Renation app and website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and the Privacy Policy as varied or amended from time to time.

Hong Kong Law

By accessing the Renation app and website you agree to accept that these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. You also accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in relation to any dispute that may arise in connection with these Terms or your use of the Renation app and website or arising in any way from the Content. 

Refund

All refunds will be charged a 3.5% service fee.

Renation reserves the right to amend any class, credit package, or promotional package name, price, and expiration date at their discretion. Renation also reserves the right to terminate any existing class, credit packages, or promotional packages at their discretion without prior notification. Should any disputes arise in regards to any class, credit package, or promotional package name, price, or expiration date, any decision made by Renation shall be final and binding.
