At Renation, we collect different information in order for us to continuously improve the services and products we offer. We will collect and use the information only with the consent of the individual concerned, or as required by law. Your information is collected when you enter into a user agreement with Renation and upon registration on the Renation app.

We do not require you to provide your complete personal data. However, we will require the minimum amount of data needed in order to provide you with our products and services, including but not limited to, your name, phone number, e-mail address, and HKID number/foreign passport number.

Other information we collect may include:

• Your attendance record;

• Your purchase history;

• Your address, residential address, mobile phone number, office number, emergency contact, emergency contact number, email, country, gender, marital status, profile photo, designation, company name and address;

• Your credit card details, payment details including type of payment;

• Information about your physical health pertaining to fitness and exercise within Renation locations;

• Other information from your interaction with our sites, services, and content, including computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the sites, ad data, IP address and standard web log information.

We vow never to share, sell, rent, or release your credit card details and personal information to any third parties. We will safeguard your information to the best of our abilities against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, use, or modification.
